  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS 

Domestic Shipping:

Standard (3-5 Business Days) **Varies by region.

Express (1-3 Business Days) **Varies by region.

We currently ship using UPS and USPS and charge a flat rate of $6.70 for orders. Orders over $50 are eligible for free express shipping. Express shipping for orders under $50 will be an option at checkout for a flat rate of $10.

**EXCLUSIONS**

- You cannot use a discount code in which the cart total is less than $50 and receive free express shipping. The cart total must meet or exceed $50 following all discounts to receive free express shipping.

 

  1. PROCESSING TIME 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Those orders will ship the following business day. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

 

  1. CANCELLATIONS 

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

 

  1. RETURNS 

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit https://greenway.vip/pages/refund-policy.

 

  1. DELAYED ORDERS 

In the case of delayed processing, customers will be notified after 48 hours and depending on the circumstances, may have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under GreenWay Dispensary’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

 

  1. DAMAGED ORDERS 

GreenWay Dispensary is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, or doesn't arrive after 2 weeks since shipping, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

 

  1. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

- Orders cannot be shipped internationally due to federal regulations.

 

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
